Type and scope: The gate and gate shutter cylinders must be overhauled due to their age. At the same time, differences between the cylinders are compensated. This enables cylinders to be swapped with each other and the initial spare parts provisioning is reduced. - Transport of the cylinders (gate and gate shutter cylinders) to the works (total 4 transports) Gate shutter cylinders: 14 units - Disassembly, replacement of seals and inspection for wear parts - Re-manufacture of the valve blocks and piping - 5 x re-manufacture and installation of the piston rods with thread modification and new position measuring systems Gate cylinders: 8 units: - Disassembly, replacement of seals, installation of the protective sleeves/tube, inspection for wear parts, Replacement of the old position measuring systems with new triple-redundant flexible position measuring systems, as well as re-manufacture and installation of the position measuring system caps - Re-manufacture of the valve blocks and piping - Produce and supply new cabling up to the gate KPAs, approx. 15 metres per unit - Re-coating of all cylinders - Extend 10 hydraulic lines (supply and return) in 5 drive pits - Create and supply…
