TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the revision of the Munich Lane Model, the semantic lane model of all lanes in the city area of the contracting authority Landeshauptstadt München (LHM). The revisions are not necessary on all road sections or intersections. Therefore, at the beginning of the period, it is important to identify the road sections and intersections where a revision is necessary before revising the Lane Model. To do this, the existing Lane Model must be compared, on the one hand, via the browser-based application infra3D provided by the LHM with the images of the current road survey. On the other hand, the existing Lane Model must be compared in GIS software with the latest aerial image and vector-based auxiliary datasets. The core task is to revise the Lane Model at the previously identified, necessary locations. This includes several components: • The Lane Model in its current form is based on aerial images from 2019 and 2021 as well as the road survey from 2019 and 2020.
