TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the services and the contract is the provision and introduction of a modern and user-friendly SAP-based incident and work order processing system with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) for Berliner Stadtreinigungsbetriebe AöR (BSR) on the basis of an EVB-IT framework agreement for development. In addition to the introduction and commissioning as part of an implementation phase and the ongoing provision of the software solution including maintenance services, the award of a call-off contingent for consulting, support and adaptation services for additional adaptation requirements after commissioning is also intended. For details, reference is made to Part C (specifications), including annexes C1 to C5. The abbreviation “CAFM” in these documents stands for “Computer-Aided Facility Management” and denotes the specialized platform used for this purpose, which is integrated with SAP S/4HANA / SAP EAM. The solution includes in particular fault, inspection, maintenance and upkeep processes for buildings and technical systems, the documentation of operator obligations, as well as area and CAD management including visualization (see Part C, Chapters 2 and 4).
