TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement document covers the provision of 2 colour printing-compliant (Fogra) multi-function systems, including the required control software, for equipping the central in-house print shop with corresponding service/service-related services (calculation basis: 1.0 million B/W pages and 2.0 million colour pages per year). Among other things, the contractor also provides for supplying the devices with all consumables (except paper). The contract is not explicitly put out as a framework agreement. However, the printing quantities that, in their nature, are not precisely determinable give the scope of performance a framework contract character. The volumes stated in the price section serve only as reference values for the calculation within the scope of the procurement procedure. This does not establish an obligation to accept a specific print/copy volume. 1 system is intended to be a pure production system. The second system must be equipped with extensive in-line end processing connected to the system for demanding print jobs (fixed in a line).
