TENDER DESCRIPTION

The provision of 2 colour-consistent (Fogra) multifunction systems, including the required control software, for equipping the central in-house print shop with corresponding service/service-related services is being tendered (calculation basis 1.0 million S/W pages and 2.0 million colour pages per year). Among other things, the contractor also provides the supply of all consumables for the devices (except paper). The contract is not explicitly put out as a framework agreement. However, the printing quantities that, by their nature, cannot be precisely determined result in a framework-contract character with regard to the scope of the service. The volumes specified in the price section are for calculation purposes only as reference values in the context of the procurement procedure. This does not establish an obligation to accept a specific print/copy volume. System 1 serves as a pure production system. The second system is to be equipped with extensive, system-linked finishing for demanding printing tasks (fixed in one line).
