TENDER DESCRIPTION

The volume framework underlying the needs assessment was determined based on the average annual dispatch volumes from previous years. It is assumed that there will be approximately 100,500 letters/year. This quantity is distributed approximately as follows and is subject to fluctuations: Letters (black-and-white and double-sided) Quantity Standard letter up to 2 pages 25,000 Standard letter up to 3 pages 39,000 Compact letter (up to 4 pages) 29,500 Large letter (5-10 pages) 4,400 Dispatch standard letter up to 3 pages including postal delivery mandate 250 Letters (in color and double-sided) Quantity Standard letter up to 2 pages 500 Standard letter up to 3 pages 1,000 Compact letter (up to 4 pages) 500 Large letter (5-10 pages) 100 Dispatch standard letter up to 3 pages including postal delivery mandate 250 The service to be provided shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority.
