TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Jobcenter Cologne provides for the livelihood of around 120,000 people on the basis of the Second Book of the German Social Code (SGB II). We support entitled beneficiaries in terms of career orientation and create perspectives; we accompany and advise them on the path to training and work. Our approximately 1,600 employees offer, among other things, targeted services for young people, people with disabilities or people with a background of flight. In 2027, the Jobcenter Cologne will relocate from its current structure to two sites. It will move the currently in total 8 business units plus one central area to 2 sites, with relocation to locations on both the left and right banks of the Rhine. The Jobcenter Cologne plans, in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2027, to outsource both paper file archives to the following two locations: I. Galerie Wiener Platz, Wiener Platz 3, 51065 Cologne (date of clearance: 31.05.2027) and II. Pohligstraße 3, 50969 Cologne (date of clearance: 31.10.2027).
