Within the scope of this public procurement procedure, services for taking over the function of the client (client’s representative) for the project “Construction of a primary school with full-day childcare” in Kolitzheim, district (Ortsteil) Herlheim, are to be awarded. 1. Regarding the plot: The construction of the primary school with full-day childcare is to be carried out on the plot with property (Flur) number 1430, municipality (Gemarkung) Herlheim. The plot is owned by the contracting authority and is currently used for agricultural purposes as arable land on the basis of a lease agreement. The lease ends in October 2026. To the east and west, the plot is bounded by two parallel running field paths. To the south, the plot borders the gardens of the development area “Am Schulweg”. The plot has a land-use plan (Flächennutzungsplan), but no development plan (Bebauungsplan). On 11.11.2025, the contracting authority decided to draw up a development plan (“Schweickhof Nord Herlheim”) for the plot.
