TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the assumption of the functional programme management of the P20 programme (formerly Police Programme 20/20). The P20 programme was created to implement the Saarbrücken Agenda and is a multi-project that spans several implementation levels and implementation years (target vision 2030+). Its core mandate is to replace the heterogeneous police IT landscape and to standardise and harmonise the entire information management of the German police forces, taking into account the applicable legal framework conditions. For this purpose, uniform, modern procedures are to be provided that can be used by all police forces of the Federation and the Länder according to the same standards. To achieve the target vision 2030+ for police case processing through the P20 programme, a step-by-step approach is envisaged. In total, more than 45 projects currently come together as individual building blocks of the overall P20 programme. Important interim milestones have already been achieved.
