TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tasks of the Cities Forum include, among other things, holding working group meetings on different subject matters with a particular focus on inner-city development and the Social City, as well as specialist events and occasion-based exchange rounds on current issues / subject areas of urban development and members’ meetings. In addition, it is necessary to organise and carry out certain formats / events such as the Brandenburg Urban Development Day. The supervision and organisation of the corresponding events are therefore essential. This includes, among other things, preparing a newsletter to inform members with regard to thematic specialist events, funding opportunities and funding programmes or specialist publications, or publishing various position papers and statements to the relevant specialist departments at state level. In addition to representing interests vis-à-vis state politics and participating in the relevant specialist committees, it is also necessary to organise discussion rounds with the actors (such as ministries and members of parliament) of state politics.
