TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the collection, sorting and recovery of the municipal share of the Dortmund Waste Recycling Bin (DWT) in the collection area of the City of Dortmund (area code NW013). According to the apportionment agreed between DOWERT Dortmunder Wertstoff GmbH (DOWERT) and the system operators, the municipal share is approx. 18 % of the total DWT input (municipal mandatory business) and, in accordance with the requirements of the Packaging Act Implementation Act (Verpackungs-recht-Durchführungsgesetz - VerpackDG), must be sorted. The service to be tendered includes in particular: - the acceptance of the municipal secondary raw material quantities at the collection point of the contracting authority, - transport to the sorting facility of the contracting party, - sorting of the collected secondary raw material, including the disposal of sorting residues, - recovery of the sorted individual fractions, including the transports required for this, whereby proceeds that can be achieved (e.g. for Fe metals) accrue to the offered price, - handling of beverage cartons (FKN) in accordance with VerpackDG and the verification guidelines for the ZSVR’s material…
