TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the taking over, sorting and recovery of the municipal share of the Dortmund value waste container (DWT) in the collection area of the City of Dortmund (district code NW013). According to the allocation agreed between DOWERT Dortmunder Wertstoff GmbH (DOWERT) and the system operators, the municipal share is approximately 18 % of the total DWT input (municipal mandatory business) and is to be sorted in accordance with the requirements of the Verpackungs-recht-Durchführungsgesetz (Packaging Act Implementation Act) (VerpackDG). The service to be tendered includes in particular: - taking over the municipal value waste quantity at the contracting authority’s takeover point, - transport to the contractor’s sorting plant, - sorting of the accepted value waste including disposal of sorting residues, - recovery of the sorted individual fractions including the transport required for this, with revenues that can be achieved (e.g. for Fe metals) benefiting the tender price, - handling of beverage containers compound (FKN) in accordance with VerpackDG and the verification guidelines for the ZSVR quantity flow proof, - complete evidence/verification…
