The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of waste paper (waste codes 15 01 01 "Packaging made of paper and cardboard" 20 01 01 "Paper and cardboard" according to the European Waste Catalogue Regulation), including contained incorrect disposals/contaminants within the area of the city of Mönchengladbach (disposal area), namely - Collection of waste paper at at least one collection point to be provided and operated by the contractor (AN) during the contract period within a defined distance radius - Weighing with documentation - Depending on the contractor's concept: Delivery to one or more disposal/(pre)treatment plants including transport and/or (pre-)treatment and disposal.
