TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the service period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029, plus a possible twofold extension of one year each, the BAWN is awarding the services for the collection and recycling of waste paper (cardboard, paper, cartons - PPK). The services subject to tender include, among others, the partial services of providing collection containers (only for association collection), the collection and transport, possibly the sorting/pre-treatment (optional), and the material recycling of the waste paper, including the removal of contaminants and residues. The scope of the services primarily concerns waste paper from private households in household quality, which is partly collected by the contracting authority itself mainly using the "blue bin", and partly collected by associations on behalf of the contracting authority.
