b) Period of performance and inspection interval The inspections shall be carried out once per calendar year at the respective facilities and shall be completed by 31 December of the respective calendar year. The exception is the funding and advisory office. This is to be inspected every two years. The inspections shall be carried out during ongoing school operations (Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 15:00, Friday: 08:30 to 12:30) or by arrangement (within the school holidays).
