b) Implementation period and inspection interval Inspections are to be carried out once per calendar year in the respective facilities and must be completed by December 31 of the respective calendar year. The only exception is the support and counseling center, which is to be inspected every two years. The inspections take place during regular school operations (Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 15:00, Friday: 08:30 to 12:30) or by arrangement (during school holidays). Due to teaching operations, the inspection process is usually non-continuous. Waiting times must be taken into account; these will not be reimbursed separately. The portable electrical equipment to be tested is to be unplugged, tested, and then replugged by the inspection personnel as found. To ensure contiguous execution, it is necessary to arrange an appointment per facility to be inspected generally four weeks in advance with the responsible contact person and electronically inform the client as well.
