b) Execution period and inspection interval Inspections are to be performed once per calendar year in the respective facilities and completed by December 31 of the respective calendar year. The exception is the support and advisory center, which is to be inspected every two years. Inspections take place during regular school operations (Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 15:00, Friday: 08:30 to 12:30) or by arrangement (within school holidays). Due to teaching operations, the inspection process is usually not continuous. Waiting times must be factored in; these are not remunerated separately. The portable electrical equipment to be inspected is in use and is to be unplugged, inspected, and then plugged back in by the inspection personnel as found. To enable continuous execution, it is necessary to coordinate an appointment per facility to be inspected generally four weeks in advance with the responsible contact person and to inform the contracting authority electronically.
