TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is the acquisition of a capable, scalable and user-friendly software solution that supports the efficient, quality-assured and data protection-compliant translation of scientific, administrative and technical content. The solution must be suitable both for automated translations and for the integration of human translation services and, in particular, meet the requirements for multilingualism in customer communication. In addition, the subject matter of performance includes the provision of a central licence and user management service and the provision of support and maintenance services over the entire term of the framework contract. The translation software to be offered must be provided as a cloud-based solution. A local installation on servers or end devices of the respective contracting authority is not planned and will not be accepted. For mobile Apple end devices, an app will be provided. The software must be usable via a web-based access (e.g. via a commonly used Internet browser). The minimum requirements are specified in the performance specification.
