TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the tender is the procurement of a powerful, scalable and user-friendly software solution that supports the efficient, quality-assured and data protection-compliant translation of scientific, administrative and technical content. The solution must be suitable both for automated translations and for the integration of human translation services, and in particular must meet the requirements for multilingual communication in customer interactions. In addition, the subject matter of the contract includes the provision of a central licence and user administration service as well as the provision of support and maintenance services throughout the term of the framework agreement. The translation software to be offered must be provided as a cloud-based solution. A local installation on the servers or end devices of the respective contracting authority is not intended and will not be accepted. For mobile Apple end devices, an app will be provided. The software must be usable via a web-based access (e.g. via a common internet browser). The minimum requirements are specified in the performance specification.
