TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in insuring property, civil liability and persons of the City of Jelenia Góra together with the City Hall, organizational units and cultural institutions, and units of Volunteer Fire Brigades. The scope of insurance includes: 1) insurance of property against all risks, 2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, 3) civil liability insurance, 4) compulsory civil liability insurance of the property manager, 5) insurance of consequences of accidents. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Volume III of the Terms of Reference (Specification of the Contracting Conditions) together with its annexes.
