TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part I of the Contract: Insurance of the Client’s property and liability in the scope of: 1) Insurance of property against all risks, 2) Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, 3) Insurance of civil liability, 4) Insurance of the consequences of accidents, 5) Insurance of machinery against damage from all risks, 6) Insurance of road machinery and equipment against all risks (machinery casco). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 5 — Insurance Programme. Contract performance period: 36 months; the expected insurance period (contract performance period): from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029. NOTE: in the case of multi-year policies, policies are issued for annual periods for all types of insurance. Insurance policies in property insurance will be issued individually for each insured entity for periods of: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, from 01.01.2028 to 31.12.2028, from 01.01.2029 to 31.12.2029.
