Contract subject: “Insurance of property of the Municipal Waste Management Company Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Rzędowo” 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) insurance of property against all risks (AR) 2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks (EEI), 3) insurance of machinery, equipment and construction equipment against damage (CPM), 4) insurance of machinery and equipment against breakdown (MB), 3. The scope of insurance under the contract is described in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) – Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 4. The required scope of insurance has been specified in the SWZ as mandatory—failure to accept it will result in rejection of the tender. 5.
