TENDER DESCRIPTION
The agreement consists of delivering and putting into operation, and subsequently making available, one UCaaS / CCaaS solution, including maintenance and support (from now on referred to as “the ICT service”). The agreement is concluded for a period of at least 4 years plus the implementation phase. After that, the agreement may still be extended unilaterally by the contracting authority 3 times for a period of up to 2 years each time. In addition, a transition extension of 12 months is included. During this transition extension, a notice period of 1 month applies. Terminations may be made on the 1st and 15th of the month. The effective date of the agreement is expected to be in Q1 2027.
