TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a planned term of 60 months for the provision, implementation, migration, operation and support of a UCaaS solution usable across the group. The scope of services includes in particular the required UCaaS and contact center functions, associated core infrastructures and operating options, as well as implementation, migration, service and support services. The services that can be called off under the framework agreement are mapped in the submission phase in a binding service and pricing item catalogue. The service items contained therein serve for uniform bid costing and form the basis for later individual call-offs. The detailed functional, technical, operational and contractual requirements are described in the award documents for the submission phase within the contract subject matter already published. The framework agreement shall be awarded without splitting into lots. The public participation competition serves to review grounds for exclusion, eligibility and the selection of tenderers who will be invited to the subsequent submission and negotiation phase.
