TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns compulsory occupational injury insurance for I/S Vestforbrænding and the companies, employee groups and other categories of persons covered by the procurement documentation, including the specification and Appendix 1.2. The insurance and the associated services must be provided in accordance with the specification and the other terms and conditions in the procurement documentation. The final agreement shall, among other things, include • Compulsory occupational injury insurance • Claims handling and ongoing case management • Advice on prevention of occupational injuries • Statistics, management reporting and follow-up • Cooperation with the contracting authority on return to work and limitation of claims costs The occupational injury insurance must support efficient, correct and service-minded handling of occupational injury cases, with a focus on high professional quality and transparency in the course of claims.
