TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sub-contract 1 covers consultancy, sampling and analysis of substances hazardous to the environment. The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with 2 consultants, where the Contracting Authority will assign tasks in accordance with a cascade model. Under the cascade model, the consultants are ranked based on the tender evaluation carried out on the basis of the submitted tenders. The highest-ranked consultant must first be offered the specific assignment, and only if this consultant is unable to deliver can one proceed to the next consultant in the sequence.
