The task covered under Subcontract 1 comprises administration of the Defence’s self-insurance scheme, including processing and payment of reimbursement of claims notifications from around the world that are related to: - Illness and repatriation - Collective full-time accident coverage. The task also includes providing an around-the-clock manned alarm centre, which must ensure treatment and follow-up in the event of injuries and illnesses arising acutely that are covered by the Defence’s insurance terms and conditions.
