TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns the operation of an assistive device depot for Kolding Municipality. The operating assignment consists of providing suitable premises for storage/warehousing of the Municipality’s assistive devices, carrying out transport for delivery of assistive devices, performing repairs, carrying out inspections/maintenance, handling emergency calls and locks, as well as related administrative tasks. This can broadly be divided into the following tasks: Task 1 - Warehouse management Task 2 - Standard transport, day-to-day, urgent/emergency and self-collection Task 3 - Repair of assistive devices Task 4 - Inspection/maintenance of assistive devices Task 5 - Emergency calls and locks including warehouse management, transport and repair Task 6 - Administrative tasks Task 7 - Statutory inspection/maintenance and repair of lifts at other institutions Task 8 – Patching of ROHO mattresses Task 9 – Storage, picking and dispatch/delivery of hospital beds Task 10 – Installation of freestanding ceiling lifts Reference is made to the Requirements Specification for a detailed description of the content of the individual tasks.
