TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns a contract for the takeover, operation, service, support, repair, maintenance and – if necessary – replacement of charging stations in the Development Company By & Havn I/S’ ("By & Havn") parking facilities ("the Contract"). The contract does not include procurement, design, establishment or installation of new charging points/charging stations, except for replacement of defective or worn-out charging stations and connection/integration of such replacement charging stations as part of the operation. For a more detailed specification of the task, see the Contract with annexes, including the specification of requirements (Annex 1). The Supplier must, from 1 December 2026, begin the rollout of its operator platform, including carrying out the necessary preparations so that By & Havn’s existing charging stations as a whole can be transferred to the Supplier’s platform and operational environment as of 1 January 2027.
