TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement is carried out by Tårnby Municipality and concerns the award of an agreement for energy labelling of expected 177 of Tårnby Municipality’s buildings with a total area of approx. 270,000 m² in the period 2027-2031. The assignment includes technical inspection of the buildings, preparation and reporting of energy performance certificates, as well as identification and calculation of relevant energy-saving proposals. The tender is divided into two lots: • Lot 1: Energy labelling of approx. half of the municipal buildings to be energy labelled during the contract period, distributed across large, medium-sized and smaller buildings, cf. Appendix 3 – Building list and schedule, lot 1. The energy labelling is allocated across each year of the contract period and must be prepared before the end of the specified year. • Lot 2: Energy labelling of the remaining half of the buildings with a corresponding distribution, cf.
