TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement includes delivery of an ESDH system as a Service (SaaS) to the Transport Company Movia, as well as the services necessary to establish, operate and maintain the solution during the term of the Contract. The delivery includes establishment and configuration of the system for approx. 505 users, conversion of existing cases, documents and metadata from Movia’s current ESDH solution, setup of case types, document templates and selected workflows, training of super users, support staff and system administrators, as well as operation, support and maintenance. The solution must be based on standard functionality (cloud) to the extent specified in the tender material. The solution must support case and document management, metadata, logging and archiving, workflow and approval processes, meeting management, search and management information, as well as integration with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Outlook and Teams), FirstAgenda and Digital Post.
