TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement includes the provision of comprehensive care under the Elderly Act, as well as practical assistance and support and personal assistance and care under the Social Services Act. In addition, the procurement includes transferred tasks under the Health Act (nursing care). The agreement includes citizens residing in Copenhagen Municipality who have been assigned to the Services covered. The assignment is carried out via Copenhagen Municipality’s relevant assignment units, and the agreement therefore covers citizens throughout Copenhagen Municipality. As a general rule, an agreement is entered into with two suppliers, between which citizens have free choice. The scope of the Services therefore depends on the number of assigned citizens and the citizens’ choice of supplier. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a 4-year agreement with the possibility of extension of up to 48 months, divided into three consecutive options: the first option for up to 24 months, the second option for up to 12 months and the third option for up to 12 months.
