TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the purchase and delivery of the following services (collectively referred to as “integrated care and home care”) to citizens living in their own homes in Vejle Municipality, in a formal, relational cooperation arrangement: -Section 83 of the Danish Social Services Act – personal care and practical assistance -Section 83a of the Danish Social Services Act – rehabilitation courses -Section 84 of the Danish Social Services Act – relief/respite care -Section 86 of the Danish Social Services Act – rehabilitation -Section 10 of the Danish Act on Older Persons – integrated care -Section 16 of the Danish Act on Older Persons – relief/respite care The procurement does not include the above-mentioned services for citizens who live in nursing homes, etc., tenants in sheltered housing for nursing purposes covered by the Act on Public Housing, as well as supported private co-operative housing, etc., or the Act on Housing for Older Persons and Persons with Disabilities, and tenants in corresponding housing units.
