TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Dyke Association in Brede Ådalen is a local association responsible for the maintenance and securing of dykes along Brede Å to prevent flooding of the adjacent agricultural areas and valleys. The work of the Dyke Association in Brede Ådalen therefore mostly consists of maintaining dyke crests and slopes to ensure stability against water pressure. Accordingly, the Dyke Association in Brede Ådalen now wishes to reinforce the existing Ballum Dyke with clay and sand along the stretch from the Rømø Dam southwards to Vesterende, a total of approximately 7,500 meters. This work will also include the excavation and formation of a lake area in connection with the extraction of the sand and clay deposits used for the Ballum Dyke. On this basis, the Dyke Association in Brede Ådalen wishes to enter into one construction contract ("the Contract"), which will broadly include the following works and their main quantities: 1. Milling off the topsoil on approximately 18.5 hectares of dyke (on existing dyke slopes, foreshore, and dyke crest) 2.
