TENDER DESCRIPTION

Helsingør Kraftvarmeværk A/S (hereinafter referred to as the “contracting authority”) awards a services contract for consulting services related to the purchase of biomass from biomass suppliers. The contracting authority’s power plant is primarily woodchip-fired. The contract covers non-exhaustive facilitation and performance of the following services under headings: 1) Negotiation of prices and terms with biomass suppliers, including due diligence, 2) Handling of and assistance with entering into lease and transport contracts as well as other relevant services, 3) Handling of and assistance with collection and reporting of sustainability data in accordance with national legislation and 4) Advising in relation to market developments and portfolio optimization.
