TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of a new digitalisation strategy, the Danish Prison and Probation Service (Styrelsen for Danmarks Fængsler) has decided to initiate a project with a view to having the total property portfolio of Denmark’s Prisons scanned, surveyed and 3D modelled. The primary purpose of the project is to validate the areas of Denmark’s Prisons and their use. In addition, the purpose of the scanning, surveying and modelling is to establish a digital and data-driven foundation for future property operations, maintenance, planning and development. The project includes scanning, surveying and building 3D models (Revit/IFC), which must be able to be integrated into the newly procured FM system (Dalux FM). The property portfolio consists of buildings located throughout Denmark. The portfolio is broad and includes both newer and older buildings with considerable architectural and technical variation. It covers a wide range of intended uses—including prisons, remand prisons (arrester), residential units (housing), technical installations and administration.
