TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Danish Immigration Service must purchase biometric access cards for use in registering a resident at an exit centre in connection with compliance with residence and/or reporting obligations. The access cards must contain the resident’s fingerprints in encrypted form, and the access cards may only be used by the resident if biometrics have been recorded on the access card. The contract includes the supply of the biometric access cards, including barcode cards, card readers and card issuance equipment, as well as training of staff in connection with commissioning of the technical solution. The tendered contract is not divided into lots, cf. Section 49(2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act, because the contracting authority, based on the subject matter of the contract, assesses that the contract is not suitable for division, as it involves the supply of biometric access cards and barcode cards to a single address at the contracting authority.
