TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Danish Defence Materiel and Procurement Organisation (Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse) (FMI) offers a 2-year framework agreement regarding media services. The agreement includes the possibility of extension for up to 2 years. The agreement will be entered into by FMI, but all entities under the Ministry of Defence, including all divisions of the Defence in Denmark that are under the command of the Defence Chief, as well as the Danish Emergency Management Agency are however entitled to use the agreement for purchases under the terms and conditions of the agreement. The primary users are expected to be the Personnel Command and the Home Guard Command. This framework agreement on media services contains certain interfaces with FMI’s framework agreement on advertising services, which is why the cooperation between suppliers under the two agreements is of great importance to ensure that the buyer’s marketing efforts achieve maximum effect. If an overlap arises in the services to be delivered under the two framework agreements, FMI will purchase the services in accordance with the framework agreement on advertising services.
