TENDER DESCRIPTION

Gentofte Municipality invites tenders as a design-build contract for the design and construction of Ny Lindely Care Home — a new nursing home development with 80 publicly funded nursing home units and associated service areas at Sankt Lukas Vej 7A-7C, property no. 8li, Gentofte. The project meets a growing need for nursing home accommodation up to 2030 and must at the same time replace capacity in the existing development. The new building component comprises approx. 7,700 m² distributed over 5 storeys and is connected to the existing nursing home Ny Lindely at Sankt Lukas Vej 9A via a connecting corridor on all storeys of the building. The assignment therefore includes both new-build construction and targeted alterations in the existing building, including connection works, fire-safety adaptations and establishment of a new heating plant to supply the entire development. The building is laid out with a ground/entry floor with arrival, operation and resident functions, as well as residential floors designed with a core of shared areas for lounges, dining and services.
