TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the supply of manhole ironwork in the form of covers, frames and gratings, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Manhole ironwork”). The procurement is carried out as an open procurement procedure in accordance with the rules in Chapter II on “public procurement above the threshold values” in the Public Procurement Act (LBKG 116 of 3 February 2025, with subsequent amendments). The framework agreement is awarded to one supplier in accordance with the award criterion in section “Award criteria” of the contract notice and section 7.2 of the tender specifications, and is entered into between the contracting authorities listed in section “Organisations” of the contract notice (“HOFOR”), cf. also section 1.2 of the tender specifications, and the successful tenderer as the supplier. The Manhole ironwork covered by the framework agreement must be delivered to HOFOR’s two business areas—wastewater and district heating.
