TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of legal services in connection with the Government’s company projects. “Company projects” means corporate law, transactional and/or ownership-related tasks and related projects concerning companies, partnerships (interessentskaber) and public undertakings, including investments, purchase and sale of companies (M&A), capital increases, as well as generally advisory services and assistance in connection with the Government’s management of ownership in existing companies, partnerships (interessentskaber) and public undertakings with a State shareholding or partnership interest, as well as potentially future new companies, partnerships (interessentskaber) and public undertakings with a State shareholding or partnership interest. This includes both minority- and majority-owned companies, State partnership interests and listed companies.
