TENDER DESCRIPTION

Region of Southern Denmark offers five (5) parallel framework agreements for the procurement of consultancy and assistance regarding the performance of new, self-financed advanced contamination investigations in the Region of Southern Denmark. The framework agreement comprises consultancy services in connection with the public contamination response on sites that have been mapped as contaminated, but where the contamination has not been delimited, the so-called advanced contamination investigations. The contracting authority prioritises efforts towards groundwater-threatening contaminations in areas with special drinking-water interests and abstraction catchment areas at the highest level. Contaminations that cause a significant indoor air impact that represents an acute risk to health are prioritised highly. Contaminations that pose a risk of contact and with regard to surface water and nature are prioritised only in special cases. This prioritisation is political and may be changed during the term of the framework agreement.
