TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for an employee massage scheme with a certain level of co-payment. Massage is provided at the Danish Immigration Service at the authority’s three largest locations in Næstved, Birkerød, and Adelgade. This is an arrangement in which employees book a half-hour physiotherapy massage (including changing facilities) via the supplier’s portal, and the employee and masseur, within the framework of the agreement, agree on the specific massage. The proposed framework agreement is not divided into lots, cf. section 49(2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act (udbudsloven), as a single combined framework agreement is considered to provide the best opportunity to meet the contracting authority’s need for flexibility between the contracting authority’s three locations, and taking into account the size of the framework agreement.
