TENDER DESCRIPTION
This lot concerns the performance of cleaning services at DTU Lyngby. The main address is Anker Engelunds Vej 1, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby. In addition to parks/planting, roads and parking areas, DTU Lyngby comprises a number of buildings of varying size and use. The total weekly cleaning area covered by lot 1 amounts to approximately 769,400 m². The lot includes cleaning of premises used for administration (e.g. offices and reception/dispatch areas), teaching (e.g. lecture halls and group rooms), research (workshops, cleanroom facilities, laboratories (including classified)) and common areas (e.g. toilets, corridors, staircases, entrance areas, canteen, staff kitchens and meeting rooms). A more detailed description of the assignment is provided in the tender documentation. The expected turnover for lot 1 is DKK 45 million per year. The expected turnover for the entire contract period is therefore DKK 270 million. The turnover has been calculated based on DTU’s previous consumption of cleaning services and the expected future consumption at DTU Lyngby Campus.
