TENDER DESCRIPTION

Cleaning services include ongoing interior cleaning of premises and cleaning-related service tasks, including ongoing cleaning of, among others, offices, kitchenettes, canteen, copy rooms, meeting rooms, toilets, exhibition areas, staircases, parking garages and rental properties and washrooms, as well as other areas specified in this requirement specification and appendices. Mat service and window cleaning also constitute fixed services under the contract and are included in the annual/monthly remuneration. Window cleaning includes both interior and exterior facade glass and skylights, etc. Cleaning services must be deliverable at all of By & Havn's current and future locations. The contract with the winning tenderer will be concluded on the terms and conditions set out in the tender material's contract with appendices.
