TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement concerns audit services for TECHCOLLEGE and others. The contract covered by this procurement comprises the following entities: • TECHCOLLEGE • Administrative purchasing consortium, Indkøbsfællesskab Nord • Administrative IT consortium, IT Center Nord • Aalborg Technical Schools’ Boarding House (currently being wound down; expects a final statement of accounts for 2026/2027) The supplier must perform the following tasks: • Preparation and auditing of the annual report for each entity, cf. the at any time applicable notice on auditing and grant control, etc. for institutions providing vocational education and training, general upper secondary education and adult education for all, etc. o Financial and management auditing of the annual report – including preparation of an XBRL file. o Auditing of ordinary quarterly activity reporting (full-time, school-based practical training, school hostels, open education, labour market education programmes and travel/transport) including a supplementary report per type per quarter and reporting of the VAT compensation scheme. o Participation in the board meeting where the annual report is reviewed and approved. o Usual…
