TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns audit services for TECHCOLLEGE, etc. The contract covered by this tender includes the following entities: • TECHCOLLEGE • Administrative purchasing consortium, Indkøbsfællesskab Nord • Administrative IT consortium, IT Center Nord • Aalborg Technical Schools’ College dormitory (in liquidation; expects a final statement of accounts for 2026/2027) The supplier must perform the following tasks: • Preparation and auditing of the annual report for each entity, cf. the currently applicable executive notice on auditing and grant control, etc. for institutions providing vocational education, general upper secondary education and adult education, etc. o Financial and management audit of the annual report - including preparation of an XBRL file. o Audit of ordinary quarterly activity reporting (full-time, school practice, boarding homes, open education, labour market education and transport) including a supplementary report per type per quarter and reporting of the VAT compensation scheme. o Participation in the board meeting where the annual report is reviewed and approved. o Usual advisory services in connection with the audit. • Quarterly submission of the…
