TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement includes language support for employees employed in the Health and Care Administration of Copenhagen Municipality. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the rules on social and other specific services above the threshold value (the Light regime), cf. Section III of the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15.12.2015). The procurement is divided into 2 lots and is carried out with a view to entering into 2 framework agreements of 4 years’ duration regarding: ● Lot 1: Employees with Danish as a second language. ● Lot 2: Foreign nurses on the way to obtaining authorization. The framework agreement value for Lot 1 is expected to be DKK 5,500,000 excl. VAT, with a maximum value of DKK 7,000,000 excl. VAT for the entire contract period of 4 years. The framework agreement value for Lot 2 is expected to be DKK 2,550,000 excl. VAT, with a maximum value of DKK 3,000,000 excl. VAT for the entire contract period of 4 years. The criteria for awarding the framework agreements are as follows: ● Price 30 %, ● Quality 70 %.
