TENDER DESCRIPTION

Esebolig and the external users listed in Appendix E.1 (“Contracting Authority”) hereby offer a non-exclusive strategic framework agreement on technical advisory services. The framework agreement is entered into with a maximum of four consultants and will run for a period of 48 months. The reason for the duration of the Framework Agreement is that the Contracting Authority expects to carry out overall plans and other larger construction and development works during this period. On the basis of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority expects to hold mini-tenders for specific advisory tasks with a view to awarding the specific advisory task to the consultant that wins the mini-tender. The scope of the specific advisory task will be based on the services that appear from the demarcation form for the Service Description for Building and Landscape 2018 (“YBL 18”), which is attached to the tender documentation as Appendix E.3, or a more narrowly defined part thereof.
