TENDER DESCRIPTION

The development company By & Havn I/S’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders for site preparation works for Sundmolen Øst, including the execution of infrastructure, a bridge, three public spaces, including a green public space on Sundmolen Vest, as well as utility pipelines and a pumping station for HOFOR. The construction contract concerns the execution of site preparation works on Sundmolen Øst as well as the execution of a green public space on Sundmolen Vest as a main contract (“the Assignment”). In addition, the construction contract concerns partly design work as described in clause 6 of the contract. The Assignment primarily consists of the execution of utility pipelines for HOFOR, infrastructure, the bridge and landscaping/planting. In addition, the Assignment includes design work and the establishment of a pumping station. The contract being tendered is expected to be carried out in the period from November 2026 to June 2028.
